It has recently been reported to the Silverlake HOA Board that a pack of coyotes are in the retainage area just south of Fieldstone. The Board has been in contact with Brazoria County Wildlife regarding the situation. The Agency has advised us that they will not install traps because we live in a heavily populated area. The traps could prove a danger to children and domestic animals.
We would like to advise all residents to keep your pets confined to your backyards and leashed while walking in the neighborhood. In addition, please make sure your trash is put out only on designated days. Most importantly, please ask your children to stay away from the retainage areas.
